Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Assembler Level 4 to serve as a senior level electrical resource supporting complex electrical builds, live system power up, and advanced troubleshooting. This role owns the electrical build process end to end, from component installation and wiring through powering systems and diagnosing issues on energized equipment.

Level 4 assemblers act as technical leaders on the floor, supporting production, mentoring lower level assemblers, and partnering closely with engineering teams in a stable manufacturing environment.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical assembly of control panels and complex systems from initial build through final power up
- Perform point‑to‑point wiring and oversee wiring accuracy for lower‑level assemblers
- Experience installing PLCs, transformers, power supplies, and complex control components
- Power up electrical systems and safely work on live components up to 240V/480V
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on energized and non‑energized systems
- Verify panel layouts, wiring integrity, and component installation
- Perform advanced functional and electrical testing
- Support training and technical guidance for Electrical Assembler Level 3 team members
- Communicate build or design issues with engineering and production leadership
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of electrical assembly or industrial electrical experience
- Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
- Experience working with live electrical systems, including powering up equipment
- Hands on experience with higher voltage systems (up to 240V and 480V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across wiring, components, and powered systems
- Experience completing electrical builds from component installation through final power‑up
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, meters, and electrical test equipment
- Comfortable navigating digital systems for schematics, build documentation, and testing records

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Full control panel build experience from blank panel to final test
- Background supporting or training junior electrical assemblers
- Technical degree, electrical certification, or formal apprenticeship
- Experience working closely with manufacturing or electrical engineers
