Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Permit Specialist to work in the Right of Way department for one of our utility clients. Job duties would be below:
Process Leak and Maintenance Work Orders to determine Permitting Requirements.
Produce Permit documents and apply with appropriate municipal agency.
Process invoices for permit and railroad fees.
Track Permits through acquisition.
Assist other Permit Specialists in other regions when necessary.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
Good communication and reliability
High School diploma and valid driver's license
Ability to work onsite in St. Louis
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
1 to 2 years previous administrative experience
Experience reading construction drawing preferred
Experience working with permits and work orders, ideally in regard to a municipal government agency
Experience with: Microsoft products, Adobe Pro, Oracle Maximo
