Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is looking at add 3 Lead Software Architects to their team to help support cleared customer sites (Springfield VA, Dulles VA, and/or St. Louis). These individuals will be designing and building mission‑critical solutions on geospatial analytics and visualization platform. Day to day responsibilities include technical design efforts, write high‑quality, high‑performance code, and guide development teams through clean, maintainable implementations. Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan work, meet mission and compliance objectives, support testing and deployment, participate in code reviews, and deliver innovative solutions with immediate operational impact. They will need to go onsite 75% of the time.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI clearance
7+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years as a technical lead or lead architect
Hands‑on experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficiency with web applications and API development
Experience supporting DoD / defense customers
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with containerization, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user‑centric design
