Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Compliance Lead to support regulated aviation laboratory environments. This individual will be responsible for leading inventory control compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with the clients requirements, and maintaining accurate asset accountability across secure lab settings. The role partners closely with Boeing subject matter experts to validate inventory control standards and ensure compliance with established policies and audit expectations.

The Inventory Compliance Lead will oversee asset reconciliation activities, manage system-of-record updates, and direct inventory technicians during audits and discrepancy resolution efforts. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining inventory procedures, generating reports, and supporting overall audit readiness through lessons-learned documentation and continuous process improvement. This role requires strong coordination, documentation, and leadership skills in highly regulated environments

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in asset or inventory management in regulated environments.

Hands-on experience with reconciliation and audits.

Strong documentation and process skills.

Secret clearance required.
