Insight Global is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our client’s Business Planning team that support the Product and Technology organization. This person will be working with large sets of financial data helping to ensure it is accurate, connected, and aligned across systems and tools. A key part of the role is understanding how individual data points fit into the bigger financial picture, especially during month-end close, forecasting, and the annual planning cycle. They’ll partner with teams such as Product, Technology, Procurement, and Business leaders to gather inputs, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help explain financial performance. They will also assist in creating reports and presentations that summarize findings for management. They will receive training from other team members for the first several weeks and will slowly have tasks added onto their plate as time goes on.

Required Skills & Experience
6 months –2 years of financial analysis/coordination experience (Forecasting, Budgeting, Actuals reporting, Closing, General ledger, journal entries, accruals)
- Can be from coursework, internships, or academic projects as long as it demonstrates practical, hands-on application
Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
