Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a scrum master to work for one of our client's in Kansas City. This position is a hybrid work environment, requiring in office at least 3 days a week. They are looking for a scrum master to come in and help lay out the ground work for this new environment. Our client does not currently operate in a scrum environment so the ideal candidate for this position has experience implementing scrum processes from scratch, managing multiple scrum teams, and being the interface between IT development and the business. This candidate needs to be an effective communicator to be able to streamline processes across the organization. In this role, this candidate will facilitate all scrum meetings such as the daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews. This role will also require that this person be able to remove any obstacles from the environment and ensure productivity and eliminate distractions from the software development team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master with proven ability to lead multiple scrum teams and projects.
• Experience implementing scrum processes from scratch
• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging in conversation with the business as well as executive leaders.
• Familiar with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Jira
• Knowledge of software delivery processes, SDLC, and DevOps.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior telecommunication industry experience
• Scrum master certifications
