Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Technical Systems Business Analyst to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be joining a team of 12 others in support of our client's mobile product line team. These team members support our client's delivery team and stakeholders of internal client teams. They are responsible for gathering the technical requirements from the stakeholders- clarifying the ask then working with the portfolio leads to fully support the stakeholders. They will support scenarios and provide user cases and understand and clarify how those flow based off impact analysis , how other teams are affected, and what needs to be done. This individual is expected to understand technical components of projects and hold technical conversations. This role is 3 days on site, 2 remote while on contract.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst
Experience supporting technical projects with project management duties
Experience with Project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with SR Directors or VPs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background as a Developer or QA Tester
Telecom background
