Job Description

An employer is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their team and help with a network modernization project. This role will work to explore practical adoption of Fiscal Service determined Retail Payment Network solutions across federal agencies that could be offered as an alternative payment/collection option of financial service offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience as a business process analyst or in a related role focused on payments, e-commerce, card services or banking industries.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or solutions management
- Strong experience creating communication and resources, holding information sessions and speaking in front of stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on tailoring the message, delivery, and level of detail for the audience.
- Ability to pass Treasury Department background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- LMS experience
- Experience working with the US government or federal agencies
