Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an Administrative assistant to join their team in the St louis area. The Assistant will be supporting the operations and finance team within higher education. Day to day will consist of doing scheduling, scanning documents, ordering office supplies/computer supplies, organizing files, and overall office management. Comfortable with Microsoft office. 6 months contract possibility for perm, will have training from the current administrative assistant on the team. Looking for someone with a team player attitude collaborative company culture
Monday through Friday 8am to 4 pm - 30 min lunch

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent certification, or a combination of education and experience.
Two or more years of relevant office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams to assist with office management.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Required to work onsite. (hybrid schedule)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associates degree
Experience with scheduling and calendaring using Outlook and other software like Calendly.
Experience in office event scheduling and planning.
Knowledge of social media platforms to assist with posting OTM events.
