Insight Global is looking for an experienced Database Administrator to support application teams and ensure optimal performance of our Db2 environments. This role involves managing database objects, troubleshooting queries, and providing first-level performance support.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Db2 LUW (Linux, Unix, Windows) – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and performance tuning.
Experience with database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g., shell scripting).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery configurations.
Knowledge of additional database platforms is a plus.
