Pay Rate

$13 - $16 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Maintain Collibra platform stability and 99.5%+ uptime
Manage users, roles, permissions, and community structures
Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
Perform upgrades, patches, backups, and restores
Monitor logs and system health via Collibra Console
Automate routine tasks with scripts
Handle incidents, changes, and SLA tracking
Document processes and train L1/L2 support teams
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Ensure smooth transition to sustainable operations

Required Skills & Experience

Collibra Expertise

3+ years administering Collibra at enterprise scale (500+ users)
Deep knowledge of Collibra platform: user roles, permissions, workflows, upgrades, backups, performance tuning
Experience with Collibra Console and architecture (DB, app servers, integrations)


Technical Skills

Strong Linux/Unix administration
Database management (PostgreSQL or similar)
Web app troubleshooting (Apache/Tomcat)
Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP)
Basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)


Enterprise IT Operations

Familiarity with ITIL framework, CAB processes, incident management
Disaster recovery and business continuity knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)


Documentation & Communication

Ability to create clear SOPs, runbooks, and training materials
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Collibra certification
Healthcare industry experience (HIPAA compliance)
Cloud administration (Google Cloud or similar)
API integration troubleshooting
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
DevOps and CI/CD exposure
Data governance and metadata management knowledge
ITIL Foundation certification
