Job Description
An employer is looking to identify a Sr. IT User Support Specialist in the St. Louis market. This role leads the day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. This job trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level IT User Support Specialists. This job also handles escalated issues that require advanced knowledge of User IT Support operational procedures and tools.

Experience with 2nd/3rd Level Technical support for Network/Applications/Server Interaction
Great Customer Experience Mentality
Ability to lead Tier 1 Support Analysts
