Insight Global is seeking a General Manager for a bowling alley/entertainment center in St. Louis, Missouri. We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day to day operations of this facility. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining facility standards, and driving revenue through events, leagues, and promotions. You will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, control costs, and managing inventory, tracking revenue and expenses, preparing reports, and meeting financial targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and a passion for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of general management experience with a bowling alley, family entertainment center, or similar venue
Proficiency in POS systems, booking/reservation software, and basic office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
Experience planning and executing events such as leagues, tournaments, birthday parties, and corporate outings
Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working for a large operator like Bowlero, Top Golf, or something similar
