Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the Kansas City, MO area. This individual will lead complex, high-impact projects focused on regulatory compliance within the healthcare payer space. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, translating requirements into deliverables, and ensuring alignment with CMS and mandates. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a strategic thinker, and a detail-oriented leader with a strong grasp of healthcare regulations and IT systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong FHIR API experience
9115 experience for patient access portals
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, especially CMS-0057-F and/or BCBSA (Association) mandates
Heavy background in data integrations
Previous payer experience
Previous experience in a lead role for a large project
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in healthcare payer environments
Experience with interfaces between teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
PMP or equivalent project management certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with healthcare IT systems including claims processing, EDI, and data platforms
Experience aligning project execution with compliance and regulatory timelines
Background in both business operations and IT collaboration
