Insight Global is looking for a consultant to provide support to our customers Service Desk organization. This person will work remotely from the Kansas City office and will be responsible for working on assigned service desk ticket queues. Day to day, they will work on a variety of tickets for all types of customers including internal and external customers. They will answer Consumer tickets which primarily focus on our Life Insurance Policy Locator softwares and phone calls from external customers. They should have a strong customer service personal with experience providing customer support and problem solving. Additionally, this candidate should have an entry level understanding of technical problem solving including but not limited to troubleshooting browser issues, user account set up, and computer resets. This role is a 12 month contract and looking to start ASAP.

Call Center/Contact Center experience mostly focused on incoming calls requiring some level of assistance or troubleshooting
Entry level technical experience (be able to troubleshoot browser issues, user account setup, pw resets, etc.)
Phone customer service experience (30+ calls per day)
Must be able to multitask productively by working on tickets between calls.
Must live within 100 miles of the Kansas City office
JIRA Service Desk experience
