Under the general direction of the Regulatory Affairs Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for the companys wholesale generation formula rate and power supply templates and revenue requirement calculations. This position will ensure all assigned filings are in compliance with regulations as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Southwest Power Pool (SPP), Missouri Public Service Commission (MPSC) and Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC).
This position will participate in the following functions as necessary:
· Wholesale (FERC) docket filings, rule makings and revenue analysis
· FERC Reporting updating assigned reports and submitting to FERC
· FERC Filings making any necessary filing with FERC as required by protocols or as assigned
· Revenue requirement analysis
· Rate design and interpretation of tariffs
· Testimony development
· Work with personnel in various departments across the company to determine appropriate rates and pricing options for wholesale customers
· Support in FERC audits as needed
· Support in any Regulatory matter as assigned
· Support of Wdesk software and provide assistance with quarterly FERC Form 1/3-Q reporting process or other Regulatory reports and filings, as needed
