A leading provider in the textile and hospitality industry is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This company works with all types of clients and provides a range of products including fabric window treatments, bedding, and custom designs. Service offerings include detailed pricing, production options, high-quality control standards and end-to-end project management. Due to an increase in projects awarded, this company is looking for a candidate to help with oversight on anywhere from 40/50 jobs at a time. Day to day responsibilities can include:
Using Epicore for data entry
PM responsibility focused on full project cycle
Communicate heavily through email (outlook) with various team members and clients with active or completed projects
Reviewing orders, preparing quotes, comparing quotes to customer POs
Ensure final payments are received from clients
Sending order reviews to kick off projects
Coordinating with internal team to schedule and coordinate installs or product deliveries
40% of time spent communicating with customer, 40% communicating with internal team, 20% more heads down completing tasks
