An employer is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join their PMO organization and lead their ServiceNow integration with a newly acquired hospital. They are working on merging ServiceNow instances and have an integration partner that this role will help manage. They are currently in the analysis stage of the project. A few things they are working on include the below:
- Building out the strategic portfolio management module; need to configure and develop.
- Expanding HR service module, bringing the two service catalogs together. Will also use this for case management.
- Due to reaching certain data limits, they are working to archive data within ServiceNow.

- 5-10 years of project management experience in an enterprise setting, managing ServiceNow projects
- Technical aptitude, ability to understand highly technical concepts
- Demonstrated history of being able to work across complex organizations
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong business acumen
