Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Concierge Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for patient-centered care. This role involves direct patient interaction, including discussing lab results, creating follow-up plans, and providing ongoing support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and discuss lab results with patients, ensuring they understand their health status and any necessary actions.
Develop and implement personalized follow-up plans based on patient needs and lab results.
Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Assist with other clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license, LPN, NP, or similar
Minimum of 10+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or concierge setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
