Insight Global is looking for a Virtual Construction Detailer to join a leading construction company in St. Louis, MO area! This person will be working onsite 5 days a week with the Project Managers, Superintendents, and general foreman to narrate the piping products from fabrication, to field, to installation. While having no direct reports, The Virtual Construction Detailer will be assisting, and leading a team throughout project completion and product life cycle. This person must be proficient in Revit, as well as having an understanding of local codes (IPC, UPC,IFC). They also need to be comfortable reviewing addendum's and drawings, and understanding the changes being made.
Must Haves:
At least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects as a Detailer
3+ years of experience working with Revit
Nice to have:
2 years of experience leading a team.

Experience working on commercial projects as a Detailer
General knowledge of building information modeling, building codes, designs, visualizations, and construction practices.
Proficient understanding of Revit
Experience leading a team.
Experience supporting a manufacturing/fabrication environment
