Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a VP of Customer Success to our client's team in either Saint Charles, MO or Chicago, IL. This individual will be working alongside a Regional Sales Manager and their teams of Account Managers who are supporting clients and current leasing agreements, as well as generating new lease agreements for prospecting accounts and evaluating the integrity of client relationships. This VP will have 2 direct reports and a team of 11 in total they are supporting. This person will be ensuring the sales teams are equipped with updated information, ensuring contracts are being fulfilled when it comes to leasing agreements, and providing data perspectives and reporting for the sales teams. This individual will be reporting directly to the CISO. The ability to manage influence, execute and negotiate leasing agreements, and possess a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring/reoccurring revenue business models are critical skills this person must have. Having an analytical and process-oriented mindset as well as being able to coordinate and communicate effectively with others, will also be crucial to the success of this VP. AITX has their own proprietary CRM so experience utilizing a CRM of any sort, as well being proficient within Excel and Microsoft Office are nessecary tools this person must have experience working with.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success role

Experience executing and negotiating leasing agreements and contracts

Proficient in Excel

Experience working with a CRM (AITX's is proprietary so any experience is relevant)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in Business Administration

Experience in the railcar industry
