Insight Global is hiring multiple Customer Service Professionals for a mortgage client in St. Louis, Missouri. Their Loan Servicing team anticipates a significant increase in workload over the next several months, so they are seeking customer-oriented individuals to assist with incoming loan requests. Each day will begin with them reviewing customer task's and to-do's on their dashboard. They will then spend the majority of their day on the phone (taking inbound calls and making some outbound calls), requesting information and providing updates to customers. They will also work with internal teams to understand the remaining information needed for the loan to be processed.
A formal training course will be provided and will be followed up with in-person training. This role is performance-driven; they will be evaluated for the speed of loan completion and the quality of customer service survey responses.
