A client of Insight Global is seeking to add Client Service Specialists to their team in the Kansas City, MO area. The Client Service Specialists will take inbound (and occasional outbound follow up) customer service calls and resolve customer Reg-E disputes, assist customers with their account balances and transactions, help customers with locked out accounts, walk clients and customers through opening new accounts, report any escalating trends to management, troubleshoot basic computer application issues from the customer, and make recommendations to management for future loss prevention to the bank. Expectations for the Client Service Specialist will consist of 50-60 inbound calls per day while working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Other skills required by the Client Service Specialist are exceptional de-escalation, communication, organizational, and computer/technical skills!

* 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
* Must be local to the Kansas City area - 6 weeks on site training required
* Proficient data entry skills - needs to have worked with a dual monitor system
* Proficient Microsoft Outlook & Teams experience - needs to pass a typing test
* Proficient communication, listening, and customer service skills
