Insight Global is looking to add a Website Content Manager to a client's team in St. Louis, MO. This individual will be joining two other individuals in upholding standards on the client's website. 80% of their responsibilities will include enforcing ADA rules, reviewing and approving various content from every department, and assisting/training individuals on using their CMS, ADA, and style guides. The other 20% of their time will be spent enhancing current website features, and maintenance. In addition, this individual will use data being pulled to help determine what individuals are currently searching for, and use that for improvements. Lastly, the Content Manager will soon be supporting their new AI chatbot which will be rolling out shortly, therefore it is essential that this person has the ability to follow technical documentation to complete tasks.
