A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to their team in St. Louis, MO - working 5 days onsite. This Project Manager will be responsible managing a portfolio of projects within the Radar Manufactauring space, they will be managing 3-8 projects at a time. This Project Manager will work closely with Leadership, Production Floor and the client to ensure solutions and tasks orders are delivered on time, and within budget and scope. They will plan, direct and coordinate tasks to accomplish program responsibilities.
for the overall PDR contract performance. Collaborates with the contractor Program Manager to ensure that the technical solutions in the task orders are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and to the client's satisfaction regarding the quality of products and services.
Work directly with the customer points of contact for the service area that he/she is responsible for and identify areas of growth.
Promotion and support of company policies, procedures, mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
Perform day-to-day management to ensure that PDR end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract.
Provide routine and ad hoc status reports that are accurate, complete, and ready for submittal.
Plan, direct, and coordinate tasks to accomplish program responsibilities and goals while maintaining all contractual requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client key project personnel.
Report overall PDR program and task order status and performance to senior management and to the client directly.
Champion and promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT services.
Coordinate activities in support of Program Management Office (PMO) and escalating incidents/issues/risks to the PMO for coordination with customer senior leadership.
5+ years' experience in Project or Program Management
Experience working in a Manufacturing/Production Environment
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Apple OS Systems, and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize company and contractor needs.
