* Works under the guidance of the Senior Analyst Technical Support to provide support and participate in project activities.
* Responsible for facility IS duties, minor hardware/software configuration and repairs.
* Installs, repairs, modifies, maintains, and provides technical support for applications, PC operating systems, PC hardware, printers and related peripherals.
* Provides operational and administrative support; testing, printing and report distribution, backups, first line support, etc.
* Utilizes the service ticketing system to log reported issues, document resolution, and/or assign to appropriate work group.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
