Job Description

Insight Global is looking for remote ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst for a large healthcare system in the midwest. This person will be part of a team supporting PMs as they use and navigate the ServiceNow SPM module (Strategic Portfolio Management) within the IT groups. This person must understand the data structure behind the SPM tool but does not need to be a developer. Additionally, this person will provide demos and training so must be comfortable presenting to large groups. Additional responsibilities include:



Configuring workflow within the tool



Buidling reports and maintaining dashboards within the tool



Writing specs/requirements for the solutions team based on business need



Understand how the tool supports/enables our Project and Program Mgt methodology



Uncover technical gaps and work with ServiceNow Domain Owner to develop stories for solutions to address gaps.



Submit requests with required documentation to resolve gaps through bi-weekly releases



Discover and assist in roll out of enhanced/new PPM tool functionality over time supporting a continuous improvement cycle that leads to PPM tool optimization and better methodology support



Conduct PPM tool demos to showcase new functionality



Plan, design, and deliver PPM tool training



Manage our PPM tool roadmap and support bi-annual platform upgrades



Lead our technical discussions proactively setting agendas and identifying topics for discussion



Work through any existing tool limitations and find feasible workarounds

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of ServiceNow administration experience



ServiceNow development experience (although this is not a development/coding role, this person must understand development and configuration within the tool in order to guide developers accordingly)



Experience using and administering the SPM module



Experience working with internal team members, extended-partners and third-party vendors



Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field



Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (ITBM) capabilities



Experience working with project management operations



Proficient in Google Suite (calendar, gmail, meets, docs, sheets, slides)
