Old school DBA - this person has been a SQL DBA for 3-4 years, they are pre-cloud skillset. Trying to make things easier for the end-user. This is all on prim. Needs to have understanding that if there's a problem, that the problem may not reside in SQL, they need to know enough to identify that it could be in the server or somewhere else. Tier 3 support - could be receiving 112 change tickets as a team, 747 incident tickets. Individually 10-15 tickets a day. Initially will be a lot of access tickets, permission requests, etc.
