Insight Global is seeking to hire a people-oriented operations manager for a university in St. Louis, MO. This individual will wear a lot of hats including overseeing the workday system, invoicing, financial budgets, workflow, and more. This individual will be in charge of problem solving new ways to make business and customer service better. They will provide analytical reports assessing the scope, quality, trends, and financial viability of training offered at the center; present analyses and center
promotional information to internal and external university constituents; serve as a primary representative of the center's operational function
