Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for 2 Senior UI/UX Designers to join their team. They will be supporting the end clients DIY Product that they are re-vamping. They are at the beginning stages of this product and need the designers to come in and help with new features. They will work on a team of 12; 6 other designers, 3 content strategists, and 1 UX researcher. They will be encouraged to help mentor the other junior designers on the team as well. This is a direct hire opportunity and can be performed 100% remote.
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience working as a UI/UX Designer
o Specifically in the product space
* Good understanding of Design Process
* Strong Figma experience
* Experience working on an Agile product team
* Strong visual skills
o Background in visual UI design space
* Ability to walk through journey mapping/design process
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* *Comes from an agency background with experience presenting work to clients*
* Previous mentorship experience
o Don't need to have direct reports
* User research tools
o Usertesting.com or userzoom.com
* Local to Kansas City
