A client of Insight Global is seeking to add a Call Center Representatives to their team in the Kansas City/Kearney, MO area. The Call Center Representatives will take inbound and outbound customer/client calls and resolve customer Reg-E disputes, determine if disputes are relevant or frivolous by reviewing information regarding basis of dispute, work closely with other internal departments, record and document results of investigation, and report any escalating trends to management to prevent future losses and makes recommendations to for future prevention.
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficient data entry skills - needs to have worked with a dual monitor system
- Proficient Microsoft Suite experience - needs to pass a typing test
- Ability to handle disputes via phone and give customer solutions
- Proficient communication, listening, and customer service skills
- SHARP candidates who are reliable, punctual, and professional
