Our client, a large Biopharma company in the U.S., is looking for a remote Admin Assistant/Business Support Coordinator to join their Digital Operations team. This group supports the digital functions of the greater Worldwide Research and Development organization. More specifically, this person would be supporting a director who owns the meeting planning and communications within this group. This person will be responsible for owning the process of scheduling hundreds of meetings on behalf of their manager as well as some of the other Leads in the group (interview scheduling for leads). They will help with managing agendas, some meeting minute documentation, creating PowerPoints, invoice tracking and some procurement items. They may also help with some event planning related tasks. This person needs to be very organized and be very comfortable with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
5+ years of Admin Assistant/Business Support Coordination experience
Strong experience utilizing MS Suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings for management (agendas and follow-up meetings), helping with documentation (meeting minutes )
Ability to help with planning events, procurement tasks and some invoice tracking
Ability to help other Focus Leads in the group with interview scheduling
Extremely organized
Great communication skills
