An employer is looking to add a Billing/Data Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. They will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and building client service orders in Salesforce and our client's 3rd party billing system. The analysts will be responsible for analyzing and transferring client service orders and client information from a legacy version of Salesforce to a new version of Salesforce. This team will be responsible for ensuring that all of the data is transferred successfully and accurately. This will require research and analysis of the current environment and being able to correctly map the service codes within our client's billing systems. This person will be responsible for researching and understanding the customer's account information, to ensure that the correct products and services are set up in the new Salesforce environment. They will communicate directly with the clients to understand their services and ensure that they are transferred correctly. A positive attitude, attention to detail and focus on accuracy and efficiency is required.
1+ years of professional experience in one of the following or something related: data entry, data analysis, order entry, order processing
Proficient in MS Office Suite-Excel will be used most
Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to think on their feet and research data issues/discrepancies
Collaborative and adaptive personality
Experience working for Charter/Spectrum or other telecom companies (Suddenlink/Altice, CenturyLink, Verizon, AT&T, XO Communications, Windstream, Level 3 Communications, etc.)
Experience working with Sales Force
