Biologist

Insight Global is seeking an individual experienced in providing environmental support in execution of environmental compliance in Biloxi, MS supporting a federal contract over the next 7 years. This individual will support the civil engineering team by conducting facility environmental inspections and ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal, state, local, and Air Force environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
Responsibilities include:
* Responsible for managing the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP).
*Responsible for managing the Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP)
* Assist with the grounds with determination of trees to be removed and/or trimmed.
* Coordinate with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and State Historic Preservations Office (SHPO)
* Conduct formal and informal Environmental Performance Assessment System (EPAS) inspections, at least one formal inspection per program area annually.
* Attend environmental planning meetings.
* Assist environmental program managers with field research.
*Responsible for being a team member on spill response team.
* Assist the Compliance Program in other ways as needed.

* Bachelors in Biology or similar degree.
* At least 3 years of full-time Biology experience
* At least 2 years of working with federal regulations (RCRA, CWA, CAA, FIFRA)
