Job Description
A large client of Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer to lead multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues, and enhance customer service. This role involves setting strategy to transform business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously focused on operational efficiency and systems improvement.
• Evaluate and implement manpower and systems projects to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement operating plans and perform engineering work.
• Conduct studies, prepare data, and develop models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations.
• Set strategy for transforming business processes and operational tools.
• Provide recommendations on warehouse layout and schematics for a brand-new facility.
• Support warehouse analysis and be open to travel as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or another related engineering discipline.
• 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related engineering roles.
• Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for warehouse analysis and layout design.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in consultative roles focused on operational efficiency and warehouse improvements.
