Project Manager 1

We are looking for a Project Manager 1 to join our growing team in Jackson, MS. This role is responsible for leading and managing the Project Specialist and Installer team, with a strong focus on team development, coaching, and performance oversight. The position works closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination and scheduling of field activities—including installation, programming, system commissioning, testing, certification, and end-user training.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role champions the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety practices, and operational standards across all field operations.
