This resource will be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, configuration, event/incident management, etc. within the ServiceNow CMDB platform. They will perform installation and testing of updates and new releases, troubleshoot patch/release management issues. This person may be required to perform basic system administration scripting level duties within the ServiceNow platform as well. This individual should be comfortable working in a large, fast-paced environment and have a thought-leader mentality to take initiative and help with the team's goals and priorities. For the contract period, this person can work remotely, but once brought on full time with this customer, must be willing to relocate to one of the above locations.

* 5+ years' experience configuring, administering and managing events/incidents within the ServiceNow platform
* 5+ years' experience working with Configuration Manager in the population of CMDB
* Experience creating / updating ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules
* Must have the ability to properly interpret and act on: CI IRE rules, discovery logs (e.g.: errors), patterns and probes (e.g.: debugging)
* Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNPP,SNMP, SOAP, and REST
* Experience working with TOM (Telecom Order management)
* System administration and/or scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, etc.
* Familiarity with XML and JSON/script language concepts
