Insight Global is looking for a VP of Marketing and Growth to join one of our credit union clients in Biloxi, MS. This senior leader will be responsible for product marketing through and performance/non-performance media campaigns to ultimately generate new accounts and existing members. The VP of Marketing & Growth will implement marketing automation systems and must be comfortable setting up, operating, and building campaign management engines. This individual will be responsible for measuring, tracking, reporting, and delivering the ROI of paid media and performance marketing channels. The VP of Marketing and Growth will be providing marketing growth metrics for the company's KPI reporting and must be proficient in understanding data analytics and comfortable and confident presenting quantitative financial results to C-suite stakeholders.

* 8-10 years of marketing experience with a heavy background in digital product marketing
* Hands on experience setting up and running automation marketing systems (HubSpot, Adobe Marketo, SalesForce Pardo)
* Previous leadership experience and ability to effectively communicate and present financial data to C-Level stakeholders
* Financial Industry Experience
