Job Description

Responsible for the installation, testing, turn up & troubleshooting of VoIP equipment and maintaining all databases associated with the VoIP product offerings. Maintain current network and equipment as well as design and implement new voice offerings. Be proficient in VoIPand TDM voice services.

Required Skills & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent educational experience required.
Two years work experience in the telecommunications or data industry with experience in VoIP and TDM engineering required.
Must have strong communication skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in routing Voice over IP traffic a plus.
