Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Traveling Desktop Support Technician to sit in Jackon, Mississippi and travel locally to other sites. This candidate will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to assist with offering end users desktop support, including password resets, Wi-Fi issues, and equipment problems. They will also work closely with the remote network team to resolve any networking issues at the site. They will be responsible for communicating with the customer and ensuring their IT needs are met.

Required Skills & Experience

Professionalism

Strong communication skills

1-2 Years of experience with desktop support

Experience using a ticketing system

Halo PSA is a plus

Knowledge of troubleshooting

Experience remediating network, Wi-Fi, or desktop issues
