Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join one of their aggregate supply clients sitting in Picayune, MI. This individual will manage day to day HR functions, while partnering with the HR Manager to support enterprise wide initiatives and process improvements. This person should be well versed in various HR functions like, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, policy adherence and overall employment inquiries coming from the field. We are seeking an eager individual who is comfortable wearing many hats and balancing multiple projects.
