Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior IT Analyst to help with implementing and managing an O365 environment. This person should have hands on experience building out SharePoint, Teams, and have the ability to leverage power scripts. They will be helping to support a chain of Vet and Health Clinics including upwards of 45 facilities across 5 states and 4k end users.
This person must have exceptional communication skills and be able to work under pressure while managing a fast-paced environment with end users under stress. Other responsibilities of this role will include helping to manage service desk and vendor partnerships, supporting SQL databases, and helping manage Azure AD inside and outside of O365. They will also be assisting users enroll in MFA, owning the network stack and partnering with data warehouse on projects. This person should be comfortable being able to spot opportunities for development strategy and presenting to CIO if there are any identified blind spots and will act as a lieutenant to the CTO by helping guide and manage the IT vertical.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert level O365 Experience (evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing O365 as well as performing implementation and administration in cloud and hybrid enterprise environments)
- 3+ years of experience working in SQL databases and using PowerBI
- Superb Communications skills (Being able to communicate with frustrated end users working in a high pressure medical environment)
-Must be able to work On-site in Minneapolis 2 days a week and be comfortable with some potential travel to different hospital sites if needed.
