Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Learning Operations Specialist to support Global Clinical Operations (GCO) within a large medical device client. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining clinical training curricula, training matrices, and learning systems to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and internal training requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clinical operations, quality systems, training administration, or regulated business processes within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries. This individual will collaborate with global stakeholders, study teams, and training administrators to maintain accurate, audit-ready training documentation and ensure training compliance across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, training, quality, or a related field
- 1–2+ years of experience supporting clinical trial operations, clinical training administration, quality systems, or regulated business processes
- Experience assisting with maintenance of quality system documents, training records, curricula, or role-based training requirements
- Familiarity with learning, document management, or compliance systems (e.g., LMS platforms, ComplianceWire, Veeva, Windchill, SharePoint, or similar tools)
- Basic working knowledge of GCP principles and the importance of inspection-ready training documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working in systems or maintaining records
- Ability to follow established processes and manage routine tasks across multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional and global teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting clinical trials, Contract Research - Organizations (CROs), or regulated medical device or pharmaceutical environments
- Prior exposure to clinical training matrices, global curricula, or training compliance monitoring
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance readiness activities
- Experience coordinating or supporting eLearning deployment or instructor-led training logistics
