Job Description
Insight Global is looking for multiple Maintenance Technicians to join one of their large scale manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. This would be a permanent role apart of the Union, eligible for Union benefits. There are a few different schedule opportunities including: 2nd shift Monday - Friday (includes some overtime), 3rd shift Monday-Friday (includes some overtime), OR a 3/2/2 schedule with the hours of 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM. In this role, you would be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance on both the production and packaging equipment at the facility. The pay range for this position is in tiers decided by the client post interview, ranging from $31-$39/hr, with multiple bonus opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors, and doing high level heavy duty equipment mechanical and electrical repairs
- Comfortability working in both cooler and warmer environments
- Comfortable with being apart of the Union
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any industrial maintenance related certifications (ie. Boiler's license, journeyman license, master electrician license, etc)
- Technical degree/diploma
