Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Data Analyst to support an Interoperability Product Team at a large non-profit payer/provider. This role will utilize SQL to find what data to pull, how to pull it, and then provide said data to the developers in charge of the FHIR APIs that will expose the data externally.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst at a health insurance company
Payer domain expertise in claims data- Understands how the data is used on the backend to inform what data is needed
Expertise in SQL
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills- Ability to work directly with business partners and explain data clearly, to tell stories with data/communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Interoperability/FHIR is a big plus!
Working Azure Databricks experience
Exposure to agile/scrum (including tools like JIRA)
Relevant certifications (Azure Databricks, Python, Cloud, etc)
