Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for providing data analytics, reporting, and actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business performance. The desired individual will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. They will support strategic decision-making through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and system audits to ensure data accuracy and uncover new analytical opportunities. Additionally, they maintain compliance with all quality system requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety, product quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience
3 - 5 Years with BA degree; 1 - 3 Years with MBA
Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Data Visualization and Business Intelligence (BI)/Dashboarding Tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Databases and Big Data Technologies
Communication/Collaboration and Presentation Skills
