This role is responsible for driving marketing automation product development and turning ideas into reality through a hands-on approach to customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Own the Dynamics CRM and marketing automation product strategy, partnering with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and translate them into scalable solutions that advance customer engagement and marketing goals.
• Serve as the primary business owner for patient nurturing communications, exercising discretion to define solutions and partnering with leadership on the long-term CRM vision and roadmap.
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the Dynamics CRM roadmap, independently evaluating investments, enhancements, and features based on business value, risk, effort, and strategic impact.
• Own and govern the Dynamics CRM product backlog, ensuring requirements are refined, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals and marketing technology strategy.
• Lead CRM backlog planning and prioritization sessions, making decisions that shape marketing operations, customer engagement, and platform evolution.
• Own the marketing automation backlog and execution strategy, defining business requirements and overseeing delivery of CRM and automation capabilities across the organization.
• Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel patient nurturing journeys across email, SMS, and other channels, with accountability for engagement, conversion, and progression outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze customer communication program performance, identifying opportunities to improve results and drive continuous optimization.
• Lead the strategy, governance, and implementation of voice-of-customer initiatives, using customer insights to inform business decisions, marketing investments, and experience improvements.
• Accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes through CRM and marketing automation, balancing strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
• Document product and therapy-related field reports within prescribed timelines, providing any documents needed to complete the investigation and follow-up reporting as required.
• Complete all training requirements and competency confirmations for this position within the required timeline.
• Comply with applicable quality system procedures and policies, and suggest opportunities for continuous process improvement.
