Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in IT Software environments for one of our top Utility clients. This role plays a critical part in keeping complex software initiatives moving forward by ensuring the transformation programs are organized, well‑documented, and ready to progress through key phase gates. The Project Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced delivery environment to inventory existing project documentation, identify gaps, and gather the artifacts required for approvals and next phases.
Day to day, they will support multiple projects simultaneously, assist with authoring and refining documentation, and collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and approval workflows. By asking the right questions, proactively surfacing risks or blockers, and anticipating what teams need to stay on track, this role helps ensure projects remain healthy, aligned, and out of the red. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience supporting enterprise Project Delivery, Transformation Delivery Projects, IT Software Projects or background in Software Delivery
- Exposure to project lifecycle and phase gating processes
- Confidence to navigate in the gray, be adaptable to change, and action oriented around a variety of tasks
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills; not afraid to ask questions

- Experience working within a PMO or any exposure to a PMO
