Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support one of our clients in the medical
device industry. This individual will partner closely with marketing, sales, and cross
functional business teams to support campaign execution, marketing operations, CRM
initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate has prior corporate marketing experience, strong communication
skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This person should be
proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving organization where processes
are continuously being refined and improved.
This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting key
marketing initiatives and patient engagement programs across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns through email, SMS, and other digital
channels
• Assist with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
• Maintain and update CRM records while ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key engagement metrics
• Partner with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to support business initiatives
• Participate in project meetings, document requirements, and track action items
• Assist in developing and improving marketing workflows, processes, and customer
journeys
• Support ongoing data management, reporting, and operational marketing activities
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Actively contribute ideas and collaborate with team members to drive continuous
improvement

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in a corporate marketing, marketing operations,
business analyst, or related role
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, marketing operations, or customer
engagement initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across
multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and operate effectively in a changing
environment
• Willingness to work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or
similar tools
• Experience supporting email marketing platforms or digital campaign execution
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing and commercial teams
• Exposure to healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
