Job Description

The Senior Business Systems Analyst role within a Cardiovascular IT organization is responsible for analyzing, defining, designing, documenting, testing, and delivering digital capabilities and information system solutions that support clinical research, product commercialization efforts, and business integration initiatives. As part of the Digital Solutions team, this individual will leverage industry expertise and technical acumen to drive automation, streamline business processes, and expand self-service capabilities, ultimately improving customer experience, operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus on information technology or related discipline
strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive I.T. work experience in the healthcare industry with the medical device industry
strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills including proficiency in querying, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing business process and terminology is highly desirable
- Familiarity with agile methodology.
- Previous project experience in and use of Atlassian solutions like Jira/Confluence/BitBucket/Xray
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar applications
- AWS experience
